McKinsey is one of the three MBB firms – MBB firms are the three top consulting firms in the world. McKinsey is known to be the top of them with an acceptance rate less than Harvard. It prides itself on its true strategic and innovative leaders and employees. The firm is known for its great training programs and opportunities for new graduates. The company also arranges a host of diversity events and activities and this conference is one for undergraduate students

McKinsey & Company is a place where LGBTQ people thrive.  Since GLAM (Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender and queer at McKinsey) was founded in 1995, we have been committed to attracting and retaining the world’s top LGBTQ talent.  GLAM has evolved and grown globally to include people of all orientations. To further that goal and support the development of tomorrow’s future LGBTQ leaders, we are proud to offer the GLAM (LGBTQ) Undergraduate Leadership Summit.
This one-day program is open to current undergraduates in the class of 2019, 2020, or 2021 who identify as LGBTQ.  Content will include professional development training, Q&A with current consultants, and an overview of the McKinsey recruiting process.
